In april 2024, Nordic SeaFarm got featured in the Swedish Magazine Svensk Fisknäring: Nordic Seafarm, Sweden’s largest seaweed cultivator, aims to unveil the potential of this sustainable and nutritious crop to a wider audience. Recently, Svensk Fisknäring ventured to Grebbestad to witness the harvesting of the ocean’s green gold. Nordic Seafarm, founded in 2016, combines marine biology expertise from Gothenburg University and KTH. The cultivation team operates in Grebbestad, while the laboratory is situated in Tjarnö, and the production facility in Dingle, soon to be relocated for enhanced coordination.
